The greatest engine wear is caused by the cold start. In a cold start, the engine oil has not yet been fully pumped through the engine. This ensures that lubrication is missing and there is metal-to-metal contact. This will be prevented by adding Lindemann Engine Performance Treatment. The Teflon molecules settle on all moving parts, preventing metal-to-metal contact.

Lindemann Engine Performance Treatment has a composition of fabrics that ensures that the Teflon molecules stick to parts such as camshaft, piston rings, cylinder walls, crankshaft and valve stems. The secret lies in the composition that ensures that the lubrication is maintained at the cold start if the oil has not yet been pumped around. It is a combination of Fluor and Teflon. Fluorine ensures better adhesion of the Teflon molecules to the surface.

Other substances in this product reduce greasy crankcase fumes. These crankcase vapors precipitate in the inlet and outlet section, resulting in a slowly polluting engine. Problems with the EGR and emergency running due to contaminated turbos are the main problems of the current cars. Lindemann Engine Performance Treatment will cause less wear and less pollution, resulting in lower costs in the long term. There can already be an immediate benefit because the car is more economical and has more effective power.

The Lindemann Engine Performance Treatment also helps to reduce oil consumption. The Teflon molecules are for filling the space. In addition, the EPT contains a cleaning additive that also loosens charred piston rings.

Dosage and use
One bottle of EPT is good for 6 liters of oil. Overdose does not harm! Lindemann Engine Performance Treatment can be added from the first service. It is miscible with all engine oils and absolutely harmless. However, it is also necessary to replace the filter with every oil change and to add the product again. For optimal effect it is recommended to add it to clean oil. After addition, start the engine and let it run for 10 to 15 minutes. This product should not be used on new or repaired engines that have less than 2500 km driven!

It is also recommended to add the entire content at the first service. After that, a half bottle (150ml) is sufficient for the next service. Shake well before use!

Tip: The Lindemann Engine Performance Treatment is recommended from the very first oil change, ie after the break-in period. There are examples of engines that have added the Engine Performance Treatment from the very beginning at every service and already have more than 1 million kilometers on the clock and are not yet showing any wear. These engines are proof that the combination of materials incorporated in this additive and holding the Teflon in place ensures that there will never be metal-to-metal contact, and therefore no wear. Wear is caused by metal to metal contact and that is especially the case with the cold start.
